Shipping Info: We ship primarily through the United States Postal Service. We do our absolute best to ship all orders within five business days from the date of purchase. However, delivery times are dependent upon the USPS. Please note that our shipping charges are a combination of both the cost of shipping through the carrier as well as the cost of shipping materials and expenses. International shipping can take a significant time to reach you.
Return Policy: Once a product is purchased, it may not be returned. There are no refunds. If a product arrives and is defective or broken, you are required to let us know within 3 days of your purchase (if the product is a purely digital format) or within three days of delivery (if your purchase contained tangible objects). Please direct any issues in this regard to info@sooperrecords.com. We are happy to work with you to replace any defective, damaged, or broken products as soon as possible. While we strive to provide the best and most professional services possible, please understand that sometimes things happen which are beyond our control.
